Problem
Synthflow was a seed-stage, Berlin-based AI startup entering a rapid growth phase. As they prepared to announce their Series A, they needed to scale both engineering and GTM simultaneously.
They required high-calibre Engineers to build and productionise their voice AI platform, while also hiring proven enterprise sellers to capture growing demand across North America and Europe. However, attracting domain-experienced talent who also aligned with their high-performance culture proved challenging. With aggressive ARR targets and fundraising momentum, hiring speed was critical to sustaining growth.
Solution
We partnered with Synthflow to scale engineering and GTM in parallel during a pivotal stage of growth. On the technical side, we mapped high-calibre AI and Engineering talent across key hubs and remote markets, targeting candidates with deep expertise in Voice AI, LLMs, and production ML systems. In a highly competitive market, we managed tight processes and multi-offer scenarios to secure in-demand talent.
In parallel, we helped open up the US market by delivering five GTM hires with strong startup foundations who could ramp quickly and operate in high-growth environments. Working to defined timelines, we ensured commercial hires were in the field fast, supporting significant marketing investment and accelerating revenue momentum.
